相信大家都会知道sleep的含义，睡觉。
在这里我就给出3个有关睡眠的常用短语，来看看大家是否知道？
here are 3 common phrasal verbs relating to sleep,
comment any others that you know!
sleep in…
通常是表达你睡得比平时还要晚,或者说比大多数人都睡得晚
for example:
jack is an early riser, but rita sleeps in whenever she can
jack 是个早起的人，但是rita一有空就会睡
honestly, i do not like sleep in, it makes me feel “groggy”
groggy_昏昏沉沉
sleep on_ to wait before making a decision
就是说当你有一个重要决定的时候，你将准备休息一晚，并在第二天再做出决定
for example:
don’t give me an answer now. sleep on it and tell me whenever you’re ready
现在不要告诉我答案，先好好睡吧，准备好了再告诉我答案。
sleep through_睡得非常沉,完全听不到任何声音
we can say, don’t sleep through your english class.
this means don’t sleep too late, or sleep through your alarm clock going off.
some people are heavy sleepers, and they can sleep through anything, even a thunderstorm or other loud 
noises
有些人睡得特别沉以至于完全没有听到任何声音，甚至打雷也听不到。
for example:
i never heard the storm last night. i must have slept through it
昨晚我都没有听到下暴风雨，我一定是睡得很沉。
sleep like a dog_形容睡得特别好，而不被任何噪音吵醒
to sleep very well, without being woken by any noises:
for example:
i slept like a log – i didn’t even hear the thunderstorm.
我睡得很好，甚至没有听到任何雷雨声。
