大家好！我很荣幸能够站在这里，和大家分享我的成长经历和改变。在进入初中的这段时间里，我经历了很多挑战和困难，但也取得了许多进步和收获。
首先，我要谈谈我的学习成绩。刚进入七年级的时候，由于新的课程和学习方法，我感到非常吃力。我甚至开始怀疑自己是否适应这个新环境。然而，通过老师和家长的鼓励，我慢慢地找到了适合自己的学习方法，并专注于学习。渐渐地，我的成绩开始有了明显的提升。尤其是在英语方面，我通过多听多说，多读多写的方法，不仅克服了自己的语言障碍，还取得了不错的成绩。这种成绩的提升，不仅让我更加自信，还让我相信只要付出努力，就一定能够取得好的成绩。
其次，我想谈谈我的个人成长和改变。在这一年中，我也遇到了很多困难和挫折，但我学会了勇敢面对和克服。以前，我是一个非常胆小和害羞的人，总是害怕在人前发表言论或者进行表演。但是，通过参加学校的活动和课堂上的演讲，我逐渐战胜了自己的内心恐惧和紧张，变得更加自信和乐观。现在，我可以坦然面对观众，表达自己的观点和意见。这种变化让我感到非常欣慰，也让我相信只要勇于尝试，就一定能够突破自己的局限，取得更大的成长。
除了学习和个人成长，我还经历了一些人际关系上的改变。进入初中后，我结识了很多新的同学和朋友。刚开始，我对他们感到陌生和拘束，不知道该如何和他们建立起良好的关系。但是，通过多次合作和交流，我们逐渐建立起了深厚的友谊。我们一起学习、一起玩耍，一起成长。这些友谊让我感到温暖和幸福，也让我学会了团结合作和互相帮助。在这段时间里，我发现团队合作的重要性，也学会了与人相处的技巧。这些宝贵的经验将成为我成长路上的财富，让我更加坚定地迈向成功。
总之，初中的这一年，我的内外在都发生了巨大的变化。我明白了“成长是一种自觉”的道理，通过不断努力和积累，我取得了可喜的成绩和收获。也许在未来的道路上，我还会遇到更多的挑战和困难，但我相信只要保持积极的心态和热爱学习的精神，我一定能够克服一切困难，迎接更美好的未来。

Secondly, I want to talk about my personal growth and changes. This year, I have also encountered many difficulties and setbacks, but I have learned to face them bravely and overcome them. I used to be a very timid and shy person, always afraid of speaking in public or performing. However, through participating in school activities and giving speeches in class, I gradually conquered my inner fear and nervousness, becoming more confident and optimistic. Now, I can face the audience calmly and express my opinions and ideas. This change makes me very gratified and also makes me believe that as long as I dare to try, I can break through my limitations and achieve greater growth.
In addition to learning and personal growth, I have also experienced some changes in interpersonal relationships. After entering junior high school, I have made many new classmates and friends. At first, I felt unfamiliar and constrained around them, not knowing how to build good relationships with them. However, through multiple collaborations and communications, we gradually developed deep friendships. We study together, play together, and grow together. These friendships make me feel warm and happy, and they have taught me the importance of unity, cooperation, and mutual help. During this time, I have realized the importance of teamwork and learned the skills of getting along with others. These valuable experiences will become my wealth on the path of growth, and they will inspire me to move towards success.
In conclusion, this year of junior high school has brought tremendous changes to me, both internally and externally. I understand that “growth is a conscious effort”. Through continuous efforts and accumulation, I have achieved commendable results and gains. Perhaps I will encounter more challenges and difficulties on the future path, but I believe that as long as I maintain a positive attitude and a love for learning, I will be able to overcome any obstacles and embrace a brighter future.
